The Israeli Institute for Schema Therapy (hereinafter: the "Website" or the “Site”)

1. The provisions of these Terms for Site Usage shall apply to any use made by you of the Website and shall form the legal basis for any discussion between you and the Website. Please read these Terms and Conditions in full and carefully. It should be emphasized that even if you decide that you want to use some of the options on the site - you must read the entire policy.

2. The site offers information in areas related to the field of psychology and psychotherapy in general and in the field of schema therapy in particular.

3. The laws of the State of Israel shall apply to these By-Laws and all that derives from it or is involved in it, the By-Laws shall be interpreted in accordance with them, and any dispute or legal question in connection therewith shall be decided by the competent court in Tel Aviv-Yafo only.

 

General

1. Browsing and/or entering the site and/or using the services constitutes your consent to the terms of these regulations. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, in whole or in part, you should not use the Site. The site reserves the right to update the terms of use, from time to time, at its sole discretion and without the need to give any notice in advance and these terms will be binding from the moment they are published on the site.

2. The site is intended for personal use only and not for commercial and / or wholesale use, unless otherwise stated.

3. No use may be made of the databases of the site or any part of them without the prior written approval of the Israeli Institute for Schema Therapy.

4. The visitor declares that he is aware that insofar as professional information and/or advice in various fields and/or advice provided by professionals in various fields is published on the site, it does not constitute a qualified recommendation or opinion, and the visitor must exercise caution with respect to these publications. The Site is not responsible for the accuracy of this information and will not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the use of the information and/or for damage caused as a result of its application by the visitor.

5. It is hereby clarified that every visitor must carefully read the regulations in full, rather than just the parts that seem relevant to his/her use of the site. Only the entire Terms for Site Usage in their entirety shall apply to each and every use.

6. If the visitor communicates with a third party as a result of the use of the information on the site, the site will not be responsible, and will not bear any responsibility, for damages and/or other claims, which were and/or will be to the visitor as a direct and/or indirect result of these communications.

7. The site does not warrant any availability of site technical support for visitors.

8. The site does not guarantee that its service will not be interrupted, will be provided properly without interruptions, will take place safely and without errors, due to damage, breakdowns, malfunctions or failures in hardware, software, or in communication systems or lines, with the site itself, with its suppliers, and/or with its anyone acting on its behalf.

9. Under no circumstances will the site and/or anyone acting on its behalf, hold any liability for direct or indirect damage, punitive damages, accidental, special or consequential damage, and/or any other damage of any kind, including, and without prejudice to the generality of the above, Torts for loss of use, for delay in use or inability to use the supply or non-delivery of services, or for any information, software, product, service and related graphics obtained through the service, and/or arising in any other way from the use of the service, whether based on agreement and whether in tort, in absolute liability, and/or any other cause, even if the site and/or anyone acting on its behalf became aware of the possibility of such damages.

10. The site does not guarantee that all the links found on the site will be correct and will lead to an active website. The mere presence of a particular link on the site does not indicate that the content of the linked site is reliable, complete or up-to-date, and the site will not bear any responsibility in this regard. Without detracting from the generality of the above, the site is not responsible for any damage, indirect or direct, caused as a result of using or relying on the information and content appearing on the sites you access through or through use or linking the site and/or for using the site as a whole, or relying on published information and content on a site of any kind. In addition, the site is not responsible if during usage, the visitor reaches sites found inappropriate for the visitor for whatever reason. Responsibility for usage is with the site visitor only.

Intellectual Property

1. The copyright and intellectual property in the site and the services provided by the site belong to the Israeli Schema Therapy Institute, or to third parties who have given the site permission to use them within the site and the said services. Accordingly, The Israeli Schema Therapy Institute is the sole owner of patents and models in the site, whether registered or unregistered, as well as of any trade secrets involved in operating the site and providing the services, of the design of the site, of the technological information involved in its operation, including (but not limited to) software, applications, graphics and other files, computer codes, texts and/or any other material contained therein (hereinafter - the "Information"). Do not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, or disclose to third parties the information and/or any part thereof. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, distribute or make any commercial use of the information and/or any part thereof, except with the prior written permission of the Israeli Schema Therapy Institute.

2. The site holds no responsibility for situations in which visitors cause a violation and/or infringement of any intellectual property rights, including trademarks.
